The portfolio comprises six logistics platforms totalling 164,000 sq. m, deployed under a strategy focused on long‑term performance and sustainable value creation.
Located in strategic French markets, these six projects aim to develop next‑generation, low‑carbon logistics platforms, targeting BREEAM Excellent certification.
Two projects are currently under construction:
- V.PARK Chavagnes‑en‑Paillers (85) – 19 000 sqm – Delivery scheduled for June 2026
- V.PARK Montchanin (71) – 50 000 sqm – Delivery scheduled for April 2027
Four additional projects will complete the portfolio:
- Chavagnes‑en‑Paillers 2 and 3 (85) – 12 000 sqm et 30 000 sqm
- Les Essarts (85) – 12 000 sqm
- Montereau-Fault-Yonne (77) – 42 000 sqm
