On May 11, 2021, Virtuo AM and Alltricks signed a BEFA for a 24,000 m² turnkey building in Châteaudun (28), with strong ESG commitments:
- Roof-mounted photovoltaic panels, mainly for site self-consumption
- Heating provided by heat pumps (no gas on site)
- BREAAM Excellent certification targeted
- Optimized working conditions for site employees (high levels of natural light, heating of logistics areas, etc.)
Alltricks, e-commerce company specializing in cycling, running and outdoor goods, founded in 2008, will be setting up its national logistics hub here.
